How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the SafeSign app by following these simple steps:

Open the App
Launch the SafeSign application on your device.

Access Profile Menu
Tap on your profile picture in the top-left corner of the app to open the profile menu.

Delete Account
Scroll down and press the "Delete Account" button.

Confirm Deletion
Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
Account Information: Your user profile and authentication data
Uploaded Documents: All documents (images and PDFs) you have uploaded
Analysis Results: All AI analysis results and reports generated from your documents
Usage History: Your activity history within the app
Credit Balance: Any remaining credits in your account (non-refundable)
Important Information
Permanent Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your data or access your account.
Data Removal: Your data will be permanently removed from our active databases and storage systems within a reasonable time frame.
No Refunds: Any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Alternative Option: If you only want to delete specific documents but keep your account, you can do so from within the app without deleting your entire account.
Data Retention
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
Legal Compliance: Records required to be maintained under applicable laws and regulations
Fraud Prevention: Data necessary to prevent fraud and protect our users
Security Purposes: Logs and metadata needed for system security and troubleshooting
